Firehouse Subs Cool Springs - Franklin

Excellent sandwiches and great folks working in the cool springs location.

On the evening of November 6 my son and I made two mobile orders as usual. When we walked into this restaurant, the young lady was ready to take our order. However, she had an attitude when I requested military discount with my valid military ID card in hand. She told me to get a medium drink. When I asked for potato chips, she said it wasn't included. No fuss. However, I'm usually given a free drink and potato chips. I've eaten Firehouse Subs in several states including this location several times. I'm always told to grab a drink and chips including at this location. She looked at me with a hateful look on her face and walked into the back. That was the first and last that we saw of her. I don't know what was happening before we walked into this restaurant but the only person that spoke to us was the Black guy behind the counter while everyone else just looked. I don't expect workers to be so ill-mannered especially when we are loyal patrons to this restaurant from out of state and spending our money.

Food was good but looked thrown together. We were only ones in restaurant.

Not the best experience this time.had a online order to be ready for pickup at 710 arrive at 715 .order has not been even started and the place was empty. Needless to say I did get my order by 730

Little more expensive hot sub sandwich. Tasty though.
