When the weather is nice, I always end my bike tours here. You sit directly on the Main and watch the ships with cold and warm drinks. Panorama is simply fantastic. Price per person: €1–10 Atmosphere: 5

Absolutely loved this hangout with so many cool calm and collected happy visitors as well as staff member. Enjoyed the most exquisite Blanc de Noir, so much so, that we returned nights in a row. The atmosphere with the view of the Frankfurt skyline...and the burbling Main river soothes the soul and all worries disappear.

On a sunny day, this place is great. There is loads of space to stretch out and enjoy the world going by and the view of Mainhattan across the river. There are some deckchairs available to hire and some tables, too. You can laze and...enjoy beers and coffee. The selection isn't extensive, but it is acceptable. It is open until sundown and is a really fantastic place to unwind after work or a day of sightseeing in Frankfurt.

Went for a drink at the nice Maincafe (awesome spot), but we where again surprised by the rude customer service guys behind the counter. No “nice to see you”, “welcome to our place”, we weren’t even through the door yet and we were asked to...order without even having the chance to look at the menu.
