Bull & Bear - Frankfurt am Main

Read many reviews on tripadvisor. the bad reviews were almost 3-4 years old and the last reviews were much better. I took the assumption that the restaurant tried to learn from them. Unfortunately, I must tell them that my assumptions were wrong....The waiters were unfriendly and not very welcoming. it took some time before we were noticed and the woman came with the menu. Of course we could check the menu with a QR code so we already knew what to order. I opened the menu to show what I would like to order and immediately she asked a little irritated oh, they don't know what they want we ordered the bombay (asian) and a double cheeseburger. the bombay should be Asian noodles, but was more a combination of an Italian pasta with a curry taste. the burgers are handmade and well tasted, but perhaps a little salty, but this is only personal taste. unfortunately served on brot, which is much bigger, then the burger itself. if the burger is handmade, maybe it will create a bit more the size of the brotes where they can. because eating is not bad and the location is beautiful, it gets two of the five stars. but there are much better places to visit in frankfurt.

Have often eaten here and really enjoyed it, although the waitress who served us this time was rude, we were made to feel as if it were an inconvenience to serve us. to round it off, we both had the Quinoa salad, which was either not properly washed or prepared by someone with poor hygiene, we were both on the toilet for 24 hours. will not come back

The place is full of mice! the waiters seem to be comfortable with them, but I would rather not hear. eating is pretty bad anyway.

I liked the food but I give only 3 stars because of the absolute terrible service. There were enough waitresses for the amount of occupied tables but they were absolutely inattentive
