Bistro Ethiopia - Frankfurt am Main

I was here on 01.03.2018 and have eaten very well, the Kitfo was excellent and there were black tea with spices. The prices are absolutely acceptable and the service was very friendly. It was already 14:15 and the restaurant was full. I was the only guest who doesn't come from Ethiopia a good sign for authentic food.

The Ethiopian restaurant in Rudolfstrasse offers delicious food in a wide selection. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is also information about national dishes, their peculiarities. In warmer seasons you can also sit outdoors. This restaurant is a bit hidden near Niddastraße. It is highly recommended.

Eat Africa for the first time. The menu is quite clear, there is only a small selection of dishes, but the quality of the dishes is very good. The restaurant is small, the guests mostly African, the service is limited German. The portions are good, the dishes are finely spiced. However, I find a pity that I didn't know what I had eaten except that there were various vegetarian dishes. Just because it was the first time to eat Africa. I'm fed with my hands, which was a great experience.

Es ist kein aufgesetzt "afrikanisches" Restaurant, mit lästigem Deko-Quatsch so wie sich deutsche Gäste Afrika vorstellen, sondern ein normales Lokal und dafür mit vielen äthiopischen Gästen - im Untergeschoss ist ein äthiopisches Kulturzentrum. Darüber hinaus ist das Essen einfach nur lecker zu sehr fairen Preisen und der Service ist sehr herzlich.

Wir hatten ausdrücklich eine Portion vegetarisch und eine mit Fleisch bestellt; die Bedienung hat uns dennoch alles zusammen serviert - was für mich sehr unangenehm war!
