Subway - Frankfort

I waited for 8 minutes in the restaurant before I saw an employee, who I overheard talking on the phone. After another 4 minutes, she finally came from her personal phone to take my order. Halfway through, she was back on the phone again. She also had her child with her, who climbed on the counter with the food and then ran out. I was very dissatisfied with this experience.

They do not accept coupons and their prices have increased significantly. The prices no longer justify the level of comfort provided.

I took my grandson out for lunch at a subway restaurant for a tasty meal. We arrived around 1 o'clock and found the place to be empty. When I placed our order, I noticed a sign stating that they no longer accepted coupons. When I inquired about this, the staff did not give me a clear answer. Communication was difficult as they didn't speak good English. Although the food was good, it was too expensive for my budget. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant.

I went after work before I stopped loading next, and I literally had to wake up the hired who slept in the wheelchair behind the counter. then he told me he couldn't make a sand because he was tired. I mean, what on the world. Couldn't exist, stare zero or I would.

This used to be the go-to location. Then last year we went in, the two employees working (one female and one male) just peeked around the doorway from the kitchen, saw us and never came out to take our order. We waited for 15 minutes, thinking she would get off the phone and help but no so we left. Last week we decided to try again, we had to wait bc the lady was talking on her Bluetooth but she finally decided to take our order this time but very rudely. We tried to engage by saying “hello” “please” and “thank you” we were ignored because she was on the phone. Then we leave, she follows us out the door and leaves the family inside wo saying a word about returning. We get home and the bread and toppings on our sandwiches was old.
