Subway - Frankfort

Update 8/2019- Looks like they have trained people on how to handle those paying via the app. Hooray!Disappointing and much work needs to be done on training the staff. Didn't know how to work the cash register when using Subway's own app that allows you to pay from a phone.There are a couple competent staff there and next time I'll only be buying a sub when they are working.

Ordered on line. Would have been faster if i ordered it when i got there! They didn't even start making it until I showed up and asked where my order was.

This Subway is clean, has friendly staff, and quick service. The employees are very friendly and professional, and the food is delicious!Vegetarian options: There are many different vegetarian options, such as veggie subs or pizzas and other snacks.Kid-friendliness: As this Subway is in a Walmart, it is kid-friendly.Parking: As the Subway is located in Walmart, there are many parking spots to be able to enter this location.Wheelchair accessibility: As this Subway is located in Walmart, there are many wheelchair accessible locations to access Subway.

They do not honor coupons at this location! If we had known prior to stopping, we would not have gone. The workers do not know how to make the sandwiches on the menu and it's too loud in there for them to hear what you want on the sandwich. The prices have also gone up while the quality has only gone down.

I enjoy eating at this location. The subs are great and the staff is friendly and helpful!
