Pollo Bandido - Frankfort

Incredible experience. ripening and testing the huh and I would say they are both flat on another. the Zilantro Jalapeño sauce is *cooked*! bbq nachos were amazing and the broth dish (I can't remember the name) was right. I often want to eat here.

The best ribs in the city. friendly staff who are not shy to rehearse them of sauces and a detailed layout of everything on the menu (and a few things that come). the kartoffel balls are amazing and they have so many options for ingredients for their papusas. that was my personal fav. I will definitely make this a frequent stop on my list.

Pollo bandido has the best smoked ribs and huh in frankfort. tender, tasteful and moist. to choose several homemade sauces and they also have papusas (they call them bandidos,) empanadas, chilaquiles, kartoffel balls and too many other possibilities to mention. go here and you won't be disappointed.

I absolutely enjoyed this culinary experience. the staff and the service were excellent. I want to eat here again.

I went today with my two teenage daughters. The owner was quite nice and very friendly. He let us try out the different sauces. I had the half chicken with wedges. Great bbq! My daughters loved their selections as well. We will definitely be back and soon. Downtown Frankfort is also lovely. Only minor complaint and truly minor...not enough sauce on the chicken. Next time I order I'll just ask for double sauce. Very delicious and worth trying in my opinion.
