Pizza Hut - Frankfort

My wife ordered pizza for delivery from the Frankfort location. The driver claimed that she was there but she never arrived, despite the reception saying no one had come with pizza and my wife not receiving any missed calls. It is disappointing to see that they are not aware that we have caller ID with timestamps in the 21st century. Now we have a 5-year-old and a 3-year-old wondering why they have to wait another hour for a delivery from a different pizza shop. When we called to inquire about the situation, they just made excuses and hung up on us, saying they couldn't help us.

If you're in a hotel and opting for delivery, it's best to pay extra and use Turkish delivery services. I ordered delivery twice and requested updates via text. I received notifications when my order was received and when it was out for delivery. However, after that, I never received any further updates. Despite providing my room number and tipping 20%, I've been waiting for my order for 2 hours and 10 minutes, way beyond the estimated 35-45 minute delivery time. If you're craving pizza, it's better to try one of the local places or Papa John's.

Dont put the wrong toppings on the pizza. i ask for beef and i got sausage. the tomatoes did not taste right
