I called in an order for a party pack of 18 sandwiches. They literally had it made quickly and delivered within maybe 20 minutes if that? The lady I spoke to on the phone was Super Pleasant. Thank You So Much!! You Guys did an Excellent Job!!

What the hell? No one greeted me. My sandwich was made like trash. Not cut in half. All the meat shoved on one side and mustard all over the wrapper...the Hyde Park location is awesome and puts y'all to shame. Thanks for ruining my lunch/dinner. Get better!

Dine in experience. Inexperienced staff, but a manager who knew what was up. My sandwich was made sub par so I stopped asking the manager if I can get some melody on the sandwich and he immediately got a brand new one for me that tasted good and had a lot of tuna. In my experience, the manager did his job and took care of the customer and that's all I can ask in a transaction. Thanks for that!
