Nice restaurant, food was very good a praise for the cook. The staff is super nice. I can only recommend.

AMICI in Frankenberg is something special. It has a very good kitchen. If you want to eat something else to his food, as it is made possible on the map. The staff is very friendly. In summer you can sit outside under a beautiful variable terrace.

So far we have never been disappointed by restaurant amici, but that should change on the last Saturday. on the occasion of our silver wedding we wanted to eat with our guests in amici. as ordered, we were in 18:30 in front of place and were looking forward to a great meal. after an hour felt finally on the table soaked, but this should not make our laune gloomy. After the appetizers were served, we were disappointed by the antipasti cellars, not as expected, filled with ounces and among others hot grilled peperoni, but lukewarm and economical equipped. we hoped for our order. when my husband asked for 1.5 hours when it comes to eating, the waiter reacted completely inappropriately and outraged and said we had ordered an hour ago – and more if none of the waiters felt responsible for us. I worked for years in gastronomy and knows that the waiting period for a freshly prepared dish is between 20 and 30 minutes. our guests were appalled by the reaction of the waiter – so they cannot stand up. my man remained calm and only said that we were the last time in this “store”. that seemed to have brought the run to overflow. I went out with my man to get fresh air. shortly after, one of our guests came to us and said that my husband was banned from the restaurant and the restaurant should leave. then we asked about the bill and went after 2 hours without eating. now that there are still tula Döner-Pizza-Kebap house on the road – we have all ordered something and hardly 30 minutes later we were delivered a hot and tasty meal. we actually wanted to complain to the restaurant manager or the chef of the amici, but we could see that the waiter himself was the chef’s chef – so complaining without purpose – our final conclusion: “The hospitable is king” is not present in amici, the hospitable is a necessary bad to earn money. our recommendation for amici: they can only accept as many guests as they can use – if not enough personally available, they must admit this to the hospitable. a training for “return with guests” would be appropriate. amici – is far from the Italian hospitality, so what my man has never experienced in italy.
