Either rent rooms or make parties until the 1st at night, together no.... quiet day but horrendous night, high music until night found with lots of fireworks, jumped relaxation, to know of the party I would not have booked, unfortunately the soundproofing is nonexistent.

Sunday 9th October 2022 relaxing day...very cared for the garden so green...cordiality kindness and helpfulness of the staff and a warm tan to the scheff with the typical dishes say everything great and little. Congratulations! Next...

Completely surrounded by greenery, friendly staff and exceptional dishes with local dishes we ate really well and much, I recommend it at all honest prices we will definitely return.

I spent the end of the year with family and friends. It is a farmhouse located in an isolated area of Pollino and this makes it a quiet place where you can relax, great for long walks. The whole structure is managed only by the owners who were very hospitable: you breathe enlarged family air. The homemade food is carefully prepared and local products, all good and genuine. For celiacs are not equipped with products but are available to cook anything you brought from home. The rooms are large and clean and with all the basic comforts necessary. I noticed that the signal of the mobile network of any operator is poor and at times absent but you can use the free WIFI service provided by the facility.

We stayed in the days of August in this structure and it was a hallucinating experience. As soon as we arrived (2 couples with children) we immediately realized that the structure and services indicated on the site were totally spread from what is indicated on the site. On our arrival 2 women and a man were intent on shaking a lamb on counters without respect to any hygienic norm and the presence of children. In the chickenhouse positioned in beautiful exhibition, presence of animals in advanced decomposition state. As for the advertised swimming pool, the same has long been drained and totally to be restored, also of extreme danger to the little ones, as it is not inhibited access to the area. Some balconies have low railings with jump of several meters and with the presence below, of rainwater collection tanks (other danger) . As for the rooms the same had beds with totally broken nets, dirty mattresses in bad conditions and sheets with tears, holes and blood stains. Our remonstrances have replaced only the sheets giving us some in a less pitiful state, but equally entrepreneurial. The day of August we booked for lunch, but it turned out to be a nightmare day. We started to magic at 13.30 and ended at 5.30. In the structure there were also other families who, like us, explained the general discontent, anticipating the departure. The daughter of the owner took note of the disservices, guaranteed to all a general discount, but at the time of payment, the next day, did not intentionally find. The owner of the next day informed us in a perennial manner that what the daughter said did not intend to respect it and that we were free to no longer choose the structure. Of course, you didn't have to tell us. The tourist welcome is something else....
