At times, you just need to indulge. The app offers great deals, but it can be slow and cumbersome, with too much going on.

It's your standard McDonalds with a typical interior and those new giant touch screens. The bathroom was horrific.

I placed my order at the drive-thru and paid at the first window. However, when I picked up my food at the second window, they didn't give me my complete order. I asked about the missing items, and they claimed I hadn't ordered them. I insisted that I did and requested my full order. Instead of resolving this, they made me pay again for the missing items. When I checked my account later, I discovered that I had already paid for everything the first time and was double charged. If the first window provided receipts, this situation could have been avoided.

I redeemed my Birthday reward and the woman at the second window said Happy Birthday! Thank you!
