Dunkin' Donuts - Framingham

Can't go to this location with my family and friends anymore. It has been really filthy dirty these past few months. Bathrooms are disgusting!! Filthy with trash on dirty floors and dirty tables. NO SOAP AND NO TOILET PAPER!!! Staff are so slow with simple orders, like they are sleep walking. Employees said they are too busy to keep up with bathrooms. No excuse! They should be shut down by Board of Health.

The two people who are in the afternoon work without desire, they just do not serve well for a coffee it takes you 15 minutes

Asked for an iced Carmel swirl, doesnt taste right. They were writing orders down on paper and I’m not even sure if they know what Dunkin’ has to offer. Definitely no swirl. Should’ve gone to the gas station. Same quality.

I really like the people who work there always friendly

The drinks were perfect! The staff were extremely friendly.
