Subway - Frackville

Very consistent eating, seemed fresh, and the staff was very nice. we were just passing in the city and that was a good place to get a quick lunch.

The staff is friendly and eating is always fresh. I often go to the subway and I always leave myself satisfied.

I visited this morning around 10 to order subs for my family. Upon entering, I was impressed by how nice and clean the store looked. Cody, the employee working there, was incredibly polite and engaging as he prepared our subs. My daughter, who is 4 and tends to be shy, felt very comfortable ordering her sub thanks to his friendly demeanor. The four subs he made not only looked fantastic but tasted amazing as well. I highly recommend this Subway location for families!

I am writing this review as a customer of the Frackville Subway for two years. I want to express my thoughts on Ashley Speidel, who I believe exhibits classic "Karen" behavior. Over the past few months, I've had the pleasure of interacting with the new manager and his staff, who have all done an excellent job in every aspect of customer service, showing consistent improvement. I encourage everyone not to let negative comments deter them from visiting their local Subway. P.S. I have already reported the review for including personal information.

Please disregard the review below! I’ve been visiting this Subway for years, and the staff has always been friendly and engaging. The business is consistently clean, and my orders are always accurate. Ashley Speidel is right; there are great people in the world, and companies too often seem impersonal because people don’t want to engage. If someone has an issue with a $30 order, they should get off their couch and stop being lazy. Going into the store and placing the order is much better than dealing with the higher costs of delivery, and next time, it might be less likely to go wrong because they’ll be there to oversee it. I hope they realize that a hired employee may have made a small mistake while preparing a sub and touching a pocket.
