A short woman who dispatches takeout orders has a very bad attitude, bad manners, the dressings, sauces, cheeses, etc. are specified on my ticket. I ordered and paid, and when I checked, there were only 3 sachets of ketchup, for 5 hamburgers and 5 fries, I politely asked him if he could give me what was on the ticket and he told me to tell him specifically what it was for and I told him everything about tikcet again!! Angry, I took the missing products and threw them on the counter and the ones I wanted into my order bag. I hope and pray to God that he loses his job. They sell their hamburgers at a high price, we gladly pay for it, but that's how we want the attention and service since they are giving us nothing special in this branch!
