Super good and fun basic pasta making course followed. Super relaxed chefs, you can really ask anything. Small group. Then what you made yourself was cooked and you eat it yourself (you all make the same thing), while enjoying good wines!! I can put what I learned there into practice in the Netherlands. We experienced the gnocchi and ravioli private cooking class with my wife. Amazing experience with Mirco and super attentive booking process with Silvia. They also provide delicious wine to taste while making pasta and while you finally eat it. As it was my wife’s birthday they decorated the table with the happy birthday wish. Thank you again. The location is also super, by the Lazise castle. Highly recommended!
