Me encanta acudir a su establecimiento, somos clientes de cada fin de semana. Van dos ocaciones que me toca ver al gerente delgado, moreno, de lentes trata demasiado prepotente y grosero tanto como los empleados como a su cliente. Nos tocó ver cómo le gritó y apunto muy déspota a una de las meseras. Ojalá la persona correspondiente ponga orden con este tipo de personas. Sería una pena dejar de acudir, ya que es nuestro lugar favorito de alitas.

The waiter(s) take your order, deliver it and you never see them again. For example, I ordered a bucket of beers, and no one came to open them nor did they leave anything to do so. There was only one other table so there was no excuse not to come and help. They get desperate waiting for the order, and we were basically the only table, but they urgently wanted to leave. Not being frequent customers, we obviously don't know the menu they handle, so it wouldn't have cost them anything to give us a quick introduction to the sauces available. And the food lacked cooking since they delivered it quickly, but it was cold. It was the first time I went to this place, and they lacked a lot of customer service, because if being the only table they couldn't serve us well, I imagine that when the place fills up everything gets worse.
