The service and food at this restaurant were excellent. It was very easy to make a reservation to get in before the Revolution game. It is recommended to drive there before the game starts.
The restaurant at the hotel only offers a buffet on Sundays.
Open table let me put in a reservation. We showed up and they didn’t have it, claiming they don’t take Reservations on event nights. I showed her that I indeed had one. She said “we can put you on the list”. Meanwhile their was a table free. We went out and waited to be texted. Never did. We went back in to check and got the “oh, I was just going to text you”. And we were seated at the table that had been available since we first checked in. The manager was kind and attentive. I don’t think we actually ever had a service. Clearly short staffed which they said that as well Can totally appreciate. Food was blah. Underwhelming. Anyway. They should make sure they communicate with open table more to avoid a repeat of this night.
OpenTable gave us a reservation but Twenty8 was not taking reservations for the night. We got there for our reservation time and had to be Squeezed in about an hour later. Made us rush to the concert. OpenTable and Twenty8 need better communication.
