Pizza Hut - Fox Valley

Pizza Hut used to be my favorite pizza, but their quality has gone waaay down hill the past year. Their classic pizza is now as thick as a flip flop, tasteless and floppy. Last time i ordered, i was so taken aback that I thought i just got a bad pizza. They sent a replacement and it was exactly the same. They have also significantly decreased how much of a topping they put on. They used to cover the pizza, now I'm lucky if a piece gets 2 pieces of pineapple. Just a bummer. Will have to try out some other pizza places in the area ?

The Aurora, OH Pizza Hut is great! Friendly team members, great tasting food. Consistent in their delivery of service which is always courteous, prompt and the food is hot and made exactly as described on the menu.

I ordered a two topping pizza, and a one topping pizza. The one topping had more pepperoni. Was told that one toppings get more. So, why did I pay more for two toppings.i got less but paid more. Stupid! Is that pizza hut policy
