Fox Lake Family

My wife and I were visiting friends out of town, and they took us to this restaurant. It has the charm of a classic family diner, albeit a bit worn around the edges. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and our server was especially accommodating—she even helped us switch to a different table when the sunlight was too bright for us. We all ordered breakfast, with most of us choosing omelets, and we enjoyed every bite. Overall, I highly recommend stopping by if you find yourself in the area.

This charming little breakfast place offers delicious food and a cozy atmosphere. I visited with a large group, and we were seated promptly.

The service was prompt, but I found the portion sizes to be a bit lacking. Having visited many breakfast spots, I enjoyed the food here, but I thought the portions were a little small considering the prices. Overall, it's still a nice place to dine.

I ordered a Julienne salad and besides being unappealing to the eye, the price was more than Mrs. V's salad and didn't include soup or rolls. And they charge 2% for using debit or credit cards. The creamy garlic salad dressing was not good either. Mrs.V's dressing is homemade. First and last time for me here.
