Dunkin' - Fox Lake

I went to the restaurant on a Thursday morning and ordered a Hot Chai latte. When I received my drink at the window, I noticed a strong scent of burnt coffee and a hint of cologne. It may have been my pregnancy nose, but the drink did not seem to be a Chai latte. It seemed like they might have made a regular latte instead due to a lack of knowledge on how to make the Chai latte. Unfortunately, I did not have time to go back inside and get it fixed. There were at least four people working on making drinks, but the process seemed disorganized. Overall, I feel that this location is only good for cheap donuts and mediocre coffee. I would recommend visiting the Mchenry location instead.

I have repeatedly experienced this restaurant being out of stock on items. 8 out of 10 times that I visit, usually because it is conveniently located near my workplace, they do not have the item I wanted. I pass by two other restaurants on my way home from work and they always have everything in stock. I believe this is due to poor management.

The staff at the Round Lake Dunkin' Donuts are knowledgeable and efficient. However, they often give less than the amount you pay for with large or medium sizes. The restaurant frequently hires inexperienced employees with bad attitudes. Additionally, they tend to get frustrated if your order is too complicated, resulting in mistakes like receiving a plain latte instead of an oat milk hot latte with vanilla flavoring.

Came by today 05 Oct 22 at approximately 5ish to purchase a half a dozen of doughnuts, the dumb girl in the register was being awkward and rude, the doughnuts were old and disgusting with flies. Honestly it's hard to believe that they are still open forbuisness. Honestly that place needs a health inspection.

Let us start with the horrendous parking lot set up. Drive thru is out to the street and unable to access the parking area. If you do manage to get into a space almost all of them require no one in the drive thru for you to back out. You're left with oneexit and it's impossible to make that in 1 turn with a full size truck or if anybody is in the drive thru. So you think OK I'lldo the alley around back but that is also one size doesn't fit all. Now let's move on to the food and coffee. My caramel lattewas very good and my sandwich was OK...... We were told there's no ham and the egg was slightly undercooked. The donuts we'renot fresh and the icing was so thin it was running down the sides. For reference this was on a Saturday morning around 10 AM.They only got 2 stars because my coffee tasted the same as my regular Dunkin.
