Mcdonald's - Four Oaks

I ordered the McDonald's meal and specifically requested two extra barbecue sauce cups. However, when I got home, there was no sauce at all inside the box. Additionally, the fries were cold and hard.

I’m impressed! I’m not a “fast food” fan but my First time today in this location after the remodeling Felt like the first time I’d ever been in Macdonald’s I left a poor review after my last visit 8 months ago and hadn’t gone back. Now! WOW!!! The store looks great! Very COVID safe. No contact payment, plexiglass barriers in front of the registrar, desert display on counter, very high tech now. Staff was super friendly and fast. The new chicken sandwich was GREAT! I know, I feel silly going on and on about a company that’s been around forever but this was unexpected. It was really that nice. These people deserve all the praise for what they’ve done. Going back tomorrow to try something else. Great job people. You’ve brought new life to a old tired, worn out store. I’m not easily impressed by anything but, WOW!!!

This morning, I hesitated before joining the line at the restaurant. I wondered if I had enough time to wait. Surprisingly, it was the quickest I had ever gone through this line for breakfast. I couldn't believe it when I looked at my clock and saw that it only took four minutes, even though there was a long line. I was impressed by the efficiency and my order was both correct and delicious.

Overall, I consistently receive excellent service at this restaurant, along with delicious, piping hot fries and freshly made-to-order food.

Fries tasted a couple minutes too old. Big Mac and McChicken were prepared well.
