Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Fountain

*terrible service: manager please read from these popeyes on 23 juni 2022 at 20:15 clock with a friend of mine stopped. the girl who took our order lacked good customer service skills. I asked if she had a limonade, she said yes, then I am taking up and giving me two coks when the drinks we order were limonade and dr. pepper. when I received the rest of the order, we were missing pieces of it, potatoes, dipping sauce and a biscuit). my friend went to the lobby to fix the problem and was greeted by a male hired with goggles and face hair, he told my friend who was closed lobby, my friend said he understood, but our order was massacred. the hired the redeemed to tell my friend that he goes back with a lot of adjustment through the drive. too, the lobby had overflowed and tables covered in crumbs) we go back through the drive through and the female hired was very rude when we said our order was grounded. we moved into the window as we directed and explained our asking. the female employee caught a big job and talked badly about us while the younger man tried to understand and fix the problems. all about bad service would not recommend.

Quality has gone hill. Had 4 cars in front of me at drive through and waited almost a half an hour. Ordered a 10 piece family meal and Chicken was dry and cold. We ordered 50/50 spicy regular. Didn't get anything that resembled spicy. Was very disappointed. Not worth $30.00 that was for sure. Never going back either. Safeway deli has better chicken and for a 1/3 of the cost.

Me and my family got Popeyes for dinner one night and they totally messed our meals up like EVERYTHING. so we called them and they never answered and we got them to answer and once we managed to get an answer from them they hang up. We go over there to return the food and when we did they called the police on us. If I could I'd give them -5 star review and I hope you guys go out of business.

Popeye's has the best red beans and rice I've ever had at a restaurant or fast food place second only to good homemade! Chicken pieces were a little bit small from back in the day when I worked at Jim Dandy Fried Chicken which is better than KFC but not as good as here. I like the spicy. Have good popcorn shrimp and Cancun fries. Just wish they had all the major desert options..
