Pizza Hut - Fountain

We have been dining at this restaurant for years and have always had great experiences, except for one time when we didn't receive an order of boneless wings. As regular customers, we never have to wait long for our food to be served. The staff is always friendly and the service is excellent.

I attempted to place an order online but it wouldn't go through. I tried twice and then attempted to order a large meal box, only to find out they were out of stock. I asked if there were any other specials available and was told no, but I could order two smaller portions instead.

This restaurant doesn't even deserve a single star. The pizza I ordered from Pizza Hut was the worst I have ever had. I don't know who is managing this place, but they are doing a terrible job with their employees and clearly don't care. The customer service was absolutely horrendous. When my delivery was late, an item was missing. When I asked the delivery driver for the missing item, he told me to call the restaurant and someone else would bring it. I was left without a tip for him. When I tried calling the restaurant, I was put on hold for over 30 minutes. When they finally answered, I was met with rude staff. After explaining my situation, I was met with silence and then a dismissive attitude. I was put on hold again and still waiting when I arrived at the restaurant. I waited in the lobby for 10 to 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. I eventually left since no one came to help me, even though they could see me through the window. I went inside to pick up my order for half the price. When I got home, the pizza was cold, ruining our family night and leaving us hungry. I spent $30 on this terrible experience. I submitted a complaint on the Pizza Hut website and spoke to someone who was professional, but I never received a call from a manager as promised. I have deleted the Pizza Hut app and will not be ordering from there again. They have lost my business for good.

I had waited for over 30 minutes for a bord command, which I had to take my small child out of the car to go in and my food was sitting there all the time. while I was there, a guy brought back a pizza, he had ordered cheese and they had pfefferoni. I called the load 3x while I was out and nobody picked up the phone.

On January 28th my family and I ordered a pizza for pickup the app said the pizza would be ready in 30min so I pack my kids in the car to pick up the pizza. Once I arrived the pizza dude told me the pizza is not ready even though the app said it was and proceeded to say its not their fault and that the app programmers were a piece of s . And we had to wait an additional 30to 40 min.
