Starbucks - Fountain Valley

Customer service is great. Employees are able to handle the volume and still provide a great level of service. The problem is the location. Coming here anytime before 2pm is a problem. The sun hits the outside of this location so hard. Other than that this Starbucks features a large parking area but no drive thru. Located in the far corner of the Costco town center. Once the sun is done beating down on you this location is nice and not crazy packed. Restrooms could use a little extra attention.

This girl with pierce in the nose.. wow first time didn't care but that was the sec . Time I went there and blow my mind. She doesn't have any personality, this business its not for her. I was ordered few things and every time I finished one item she will give me a total. Seriously even if she didn't like me she should smile all the time

Horrible customer service. I spent about $25 dollars here, and I asked to use the restroom. The girl working there told me that it was closed for the day and the other restroom was only for employees ???? , I asked another guy there if I could use it because it was an emergency, he was extremely rude and even told me, ?there is many other places you could go.? I told him that was an unnecessary comment and bad customer service. That is why I chose to go there in the first place. This is the first Starbucks ever (employees) that have ever acted so ridiculously, and childish. Horrible customer service, they had zero human decency. Never coming here again. This will come back to them ????

Drinks always on point, customer service good... But can be very understaffed and slow at times. I do dislike that they don't take mobile orders certain days and times, makes it very inconvenient these days esp. with no drive thru at a busy location.

I ordered 2 tall blondes hot coffees one with raw sugar , one with half and half. Both coffees are ice cold. Not warm. Not room temp. Cold.
