Starbucks - Fountain Valley

Kind of a smaller footprint Starbucks and were pretty busy...it was POURING rain. Staff was still happy and friendly and service was timely as well. I always get the Vanilla Bean Frap extra whip and this shop uses a bit more of the Vanilla powder which is awesome! Tasted exactly as it should! Made waiting in the rain for the bus much less miserable!!Great Job Starbucks!

I really don't care for starbucks. I like the coffee bean better, but my kids starbucks. Especially my daughter Charlie. She loves ? starbucks food, coffee, all the weird names drinks so I'll rate a 5 star for her.

What a dump it’s kind of ridiculous. You have to wait 10 to 15 minutes just for some fries. Not sure what’s going on but there was only two workers today.

The service is so bad at this location! The female employees are so racist and toss things at you instead of putting it gently on the counter.. so upsetting!!!!

I stopped by today at 10:20am hoping to buy some sweet cream because my Starbucks order earlier from a different location was wrong. I explained the situation to a extremely nice lady and she quickly didn’t hesitate on making me a brand new drink even though it wasn’t this Starbucks fault. I felt extremely happy. Also the rest of the staff looking extremely ready to help me as well, it was so refreshing to be treated this way. I wish I would have seen her name, it really made my day. Thank you so much.
