Mod Pizza - Foster City

Pizzas are NEVER ready when promised. When I show up to pick up an online order at the time it?s supposed to be ready, they haven?t even started to make it yet. They weren?t ready until 30 minutes after the promised time. Maybe it?s massivelyunderstaffed? Something isn?t working right. Don?t come here if you?re in a hurry. Oh, and today they?re out of red sauce. Out.Of. Basic. Pizza. Sauce. At. Noon. Oh, and h the way made my pizza wrong. Will never come here again.

We purchased two pizzas and cheesy bread for $31. The crust was slightly soggy, and the cheesy bread was missing the cheese. After calling, they refunded the $7 for the cheesy bread. However, I would not pay $24 for the pizzas again.

I was pleasantly surprised by how good this pizza was. My dad went all out with the toppings to make sure he got his money's worth. I opted for a delicious pizza with pesto, mushrooms, tomatoes, and red peppers that had amazing flavor and the crust was perfect. I would definitely return to this restaurant again.

I have noticed a trend of them skimping on the cheese in my recent pickup orders. I am not sure if this is a cost-saving measure on their part, but the pizzas have been lacking in cheese, despite my usual request for 3 different types. I have been ordering from them at least once a week for a couple of months now, and I have found that the pizzas are now mostly crust and toppings with very little cheese. I know they are capable of better because I have enjoyed their pizzas in the past, but it seems like they may be trying to cut costs and increase their profit margins by reducing the amount of ingredients. The end result is a mediocre pizza that I do not want to order again. This has happened consistently in my last 3-4 orders, so it does not seem to be a one-time occurrence.

First time customer. Ordered online and selected create your own pizza option. Went with default choice of the crust and that was a mistake because pizza came out with almost as thick as tortilla bread. But they are nice people when I complained that itwas not filling and I was not aware the default crust is thin instead of regular they agreed to redo my order.
