I purchased a whole beef from Nick back in November and was told that it was grain finished. It obviously was not and I just threw away over 100# 's of steak and brisket because it was not edible. The taste was awful and I have tried 6 different steaks and a brisket. Tastes very gamey. I reached out to him and received no response. Not the experience I had hoped for and I paid good money for bad beef

Claiming to be black owned. After some research infact not black at all.

Not good people at all. One of the owners is a common thief. Does anything from stealing equipment to selling stolen trailers.

Great people super friendly. Meat was high quality.
