Starbucks - Fortuna

Went to go get a coffee Thursday April 11th around 12:15pm and my total was 8.20 for my coffee and I gave 9.00 and this lady didn’t even give me my change back and just put it in her tip jar without even asking and I didn’t want to tip her . Pretty much stealing my money .

They fill your drink to top with ice. Paid 5$ for 2 sips of a drink. This is basically a scam I don't get how it isn't illegal. You don't need that much ice to keep the 2 oz of liquid in a 16 oz cup cold... They can't keep getting away with

Great coffee as always tasty breakfast sandwiches as well.

Service has not been as quick as it was when a particular guy worked there in the mornings, but my food and Coffee always comes out spot on.There is no option to select for drive thru. My encounters are always through the drive thru.

Service was ok, not as kind and inviting as I remember this establishment to be,...rushed.
