The restaurant was very good. The service was great and the food was very nice. The surroundings are very quiet between a pool and a beautiful garden. However, this restaurant is located within a hotel that is supposed to be a 5-star L. After the meal it was impossible to get transport and the hotel staff has no trouble helping us. In this scenario you are stranded between two cities under 30 degrees temperatures. It is unacceptable to have this bad service in a place classified as a luxury place. The restaurant does not deserve a good rating, as the service is provided integrally and excellently by the hotel that hosts. Our experience was destroyed by a terrible service from hotel staff.

Personale assolutamente non all’altezza. Valido il sommelier, ma gli altri sono davvero scadenti. Dopo la prenotazione, mi è stata fatta una nuova conferma in cui veniva spiegato che nel locale non sono ammessi i pantaloni corti, rispettando il codice d’abito. Quando il primo cameriere ha iniziato a servire, ha fatto cadere una crostata sulla tovaglia. Si è scusato e mi ha lasciato mangiare in quel modo, ricomponendo la crostata: terribile!!! Anche la qualità del cibo non merita affatto una stella. Il prezzo è molto elevato. Credo sia il peggior ristorante di Forte dei Marmi. È stato l’unico con la sala semivuota, mentre tutti gli altri ristoranti fanno due turni per la cena. Ciliegina sulla torta: nella sala c'erano ospiti esterni e persone che soggiornavano all'Hotel Byron annesso al ristorante. Ebbene, erano senza tovaglia!
