Buffalo Wild Wings - Fort Wright

It's in bad need of a good update. Seat covers ripped and torn. The bathroom was just disgusting. I honestly didn't think it had been cleaned in awhile; bad smell and the sink had something sitting in it and I think it was about to fall apart. This store was on top of my list, but not anymore. I always order the same sandwich, but this time without the bun. Tell me why they tried to say I get buffalo sauce on my sandwich when I know for a fact that I don't. IDK why I'm even giving a 3 rating.

My absolute favorite restaurant! Love their boneless wings!

8 ppl split into 2, 4 top booths to avoid a 2 hr wait ok fine. But when there's an empty 8 top or a 4top and 4 top table that were right next to each other and we still weren't allowed to move tables cuz of 1000 different excuses, this made 3 of our group so upset we couldn't even eat, so didnt order. I even offered to pay BOTH waitresses tips since one exuse they used that they couldn't move us, was cuz it was a different serveres table we were moving to . Worst I've been upset in months. Could have absolutely been resolved by management moving us, but Scott had his mind set he wasn't going to move us. Smh. Won't be bk to this place. And we eat out A LOT as a group.

Food was much to be desired. Wings were dry and disappointing, tots were good. The waiter was polite and prompt.

We went to Ft Wright to enjoy a meal with our children on my husband's 60 birthday. My daughter's no less wings were the size of a nickel and over cooked chunks of breading. She asked to exchange them and the server brought her 3 more with the comment that's all your getting My friends order of 20 only 14 had meat on them, there were about 4 double fried. We got there at 5 it was basically empty of people. My 3 tenders took 50 minutes to get, everyone else was finished eating. The tenders were undercooked and rubbery. I didn't get an itemized receipt at the end either. Very disappointed. The manager didn't even apologize.
