Whataburger - Fort Worth

Just left here and this is my last time coming to this location! The food is ALWAYS cold! I have 3 Orders of fries missing from my bag and not to mention there?s a soiled glove in my bag as well. Absolutely disgusting!

Went there Saturday night with some friends, ordered food for all of us. Everything was good except when I wanted to order another item, the guy in the front told me that they aren?t taking anymore dine in orders because they were low on staff. Now Iunderstand that, but he was out in the lobby talking to other people or his friends, if he would do his job it would of helped alot. This was at 1:30 am. Wasn?t even packed. I asked him what was his managers name and he left to the kitchen and I heardthem laughing, he never came back out. I really don?t think that was right. Lobby was dirty Unfriendly Bad service I willdefinitely call corporate offices

Waited on service with employee lounging in dining g area ,cold old browned! Scrambled eggs no coffee made, we finally got water coffee ,looking at the bottom of my coffee cup ,let me tell you something, if you can see the bottom of your coffee cupthrough the coffee it's not coffee. Had to finally ask for condiments. Worst whataburger experience ever!

Manager Jeff has careless attitude when customers make complaints! It's hit or miss. I'm going there on average 3-4 times a month. It's a gamble my meal is done right. Food: 1/5
