Whataburger - Fort Worth

As a first-time visitor to Texas, I had to try Whataburger. The food lived up to my expectations based on what I had heard. The only reason I'm giving it a lower rating is that we waited exactly 34 minutes for our food. I'm not one to make a fuss, and I don't get aggravated with food workers since I know it can be challenging. However, when I finally went to the front to inquire about our order, our food was handed to me immediately. Aside from that, it was a nice experience.

There has been a significant improvement in the speed of service. My meal was delicious! However, I was missing a few items, including a straw for my drink. Additionally, the extra onions I requested were absent, and there were hardly any onions on my burger. I also ordered a shake, but unfortunately, the machine was out of order and was reported to be coming out like water. If I decide to come back, I hope my entire order will be accurate, and that the shake/malt machine will be functioning properly.

I had a great experience at Whataburger this morning! Despite having only two staff members—one cooking in the back and a friendly cashier managing both the counter and drive-thru—they handled everything incredibly well. The cook was clearly working hard, managing the workload of three people, while the cashier was taking orders with a smile. I only waited 20 minutes for my taquito, and honestly, I didn't mind at all because they were doing such an outstanding job with limited resources. I was genuinely impressed by their professionalism and efficiency. My taquito was absolutely delicious, and I want to thank Whataburger for employing such wonderful and capable individuals. Kudos to both of them!

The food was served quickly, fresh, and hot, and my drink was just right! Thank you, Whataburger!

I've encountered the same issue again: my burger came without cheese. This has happened three times now. I wouldn't recommend ordering from here.
