Whataburger - Fort Worth

The customer service at Perla at Whataburger was fantastic! I dined at Whataburger yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed it. However, later on, my twin brother and I ate at another restaurant where the food and service were terrible, and it turned me into a frog. Thankfully, my brother brought me back to Whataburger to get another burger and experience their great customer service. Thanks to the delicious burger and excellent service from Perla, I am now back to normal and able to leave this survey/review for you guys at Whataburger. Thank you so much, and I will definitely be back soon.

Terrible customer service. I tried to order breakfast after 11am and was rudely told they were late and to stop asking for breakfast. When I inquired about when it would be available, I was met with a bad attitude and told there was no breakfast. I then requested to pay with tap to pay since I had left my card at home, and was met with more rudeness from the drive thru attendant who refused to accept tap to pay because they didn't want to touch my phone. I could have found another solution or gone inside to pay, but I felt disrespected by their insults and rude behavior. I left without my food or paying, happy to avoid their poisonous attitude. Zero stars.

I arrived at this restaurant at 2:30 pm and didn't place my order until 2:42 pm. The staff ignored the customers and appeared to be disorganized. The management was too busy cooking and filling orders because the staff seemed incompetent, distracted, or preoccupied with their phones. Improvement is needed!

The whole entire staff looks like they don?t care about anything they?re doing. Just a tip, they might as well look for another job that they actually would put care into. I get it it?s fast food but have definitely seen people with way better attitudes atfast food places.

I couldn't find the one I ate at, and I don't know which one Jalal Mitchell works at. But we need to replace the McDonalds in fond du lac with a real hamburger joint. Yum!!
