Contribuiți la feedbackI walked in to find five employees working, but I was informed that I had to check myself out at a kiosk. There were no other customers around except for those in the drive-thru. It was a disappointing experience for me.
I'm done with this restaurant as of today. This last incident, where they forgot something in my order, was the last straw. The manager was rude and wouldn't even offer an apology. She claimed it wasn't done "on purpose." So what? I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant to get what should have been included in the first place. They're understaffed and the staff are not friendly.
This is by far the worst fast food restaurant experience I've ever had. Tonight, I waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru, with just three cars ahead of me, for a simple sandwich. Every time I visit, the service is consistently slow, the employees are rude, and there seems to be a complete lack of initiative, urgency, and respect for customers and their time. They frequently mess up orders and always respond with an attitude. I believe that higher management should come down to this location and witness the situation for themselves. The restaurant desperately needs a new, better-trained staff. I’m very disappointed and, unfortunately, won’t be coming back.
Didn’t receive any condiments, straws, or spoons. Had to eat nuggets with no sauce drink with no straw and eat a frosty with no spoon. There was no line so don’t understand why they made this mistake or couldn’t answer the phone to resolve this issue!
Please don't go here at night, the food is cold and nasty and so is the employees BAD attitudes!!!!!!!
