Starbucks - Fort Worth

Definitely order in advance at this lively location! Always great and friendly staff!

This place is a sht show. Slow. They don't care. A pregnant woman can barely move. No energy with a packed line. No urgency for anyone's time. They should give up their uber eats account orders are never ready after driving 12+ minutes... time is money...embarrassing establishment... no system or organization

Vico was so rude to my girlfriend and I this morning. Not a great start to the day. Had a don 't want to be here attitude. Not a good look or start to my Sunday when I have to spend $10+ on coffee. One star.

I work in the shopping center this Starbucks is located and this has to be among the absolute worst Starbucks I have ever visited. Something is ALWAYS wrong. Last visit--they were out of tea. Before that, they weren't accepting mobile orders. Today, they ONLY accept mobile orders. Management of this location is terrible--but it wasn't always. It used to be a very reliable, well operated location. Avoid this location. There are several other Starbucks locations you can visit in the area that are much better run and have their location in order. This location needs to be completely overhauled from the ground up.

Emily is the best person in that place, she is SO swet, friendly and helpful that I seen in a while, she even help me to find my way home since my phone wasn’t working, I will love more people like that in the world really nice to meet you Emily you make my nightmare a great experience
