As a former employee and manager in Sonic (not in this place), I have to give my experience of what happened tonight 01/18/23. For starters I have closed the majority of the time to work with the company, so I already know the routine with closure and I would have quit if my operative partner knew that I closed the store 20 minutes before closing time. I came at 10:40. To not welcome a warm “Hello welcome, how can I help you?” I became with “You are DoorDash or you are Uber, because we no longer take orders” I was shocked because it says you close online at 11:00. As soon as I spoke to the person about the speaker and said I just wanted to place and order I was then told that I just order fried articles nothing that has to go on the grill because they already cleaned it. How is this my problem as a customer? I told them how is this possible when Sonic serves the menu all day??? Not to mention that they did away 3 cars from the purchase, because they only wanted to do DoorDash and Uber orders, the money for your company / location that they rejected and possible paying and loyal customers. I had to threaten to contact the general man or the company so that they!!!!! serve me what I wanted to buy!!!! not what they do FELT like!!!! Not only wait 12 minutes to get my food with only 1 car on the entire parking lot. This is an important topic and must be treated by the upper administration. Since this is not the first time it happened at this point in the night before closing.
The customer service I received from the black girl on the speaker was very disrespectful. Maybe she should turn Burger around to get better customer service skills.
The food and drink tastes good, the car hops was nice, I would recommend this location
