Smoothie King - Fort Worth

The service at this restaurant was terrible. I ordered a banana boat smoothie and a mango delight smoothie. The banana boat smoothie didn't have any bananas in it and tasted like sugar and yogurt. I have ordered this smoothie many times before and it has never been like this. I politely informed the server that it didn't taste right and there were no bananas in it. He simply responded with an "oh" and asked if it was a banana boat. I confirmed that it was, and he just said he had put banana in it. He then told me to have a good one and walked away without offering to remake it. The second smoothie was filled so full that the lid wasn't on properly and it was spilling down the sides of the cup. I had to use napkins to clean it up.

My daughter was feeling unwell and asked me to bring her some medication and fruit so she wouldn't have to go out. I decided to surprise her with a fruit-filled smoothie from Smoothie King. Mi'Shayla was very knowledgeable about all the different options for smoothies and quickly took my order. I ordered two 40oz Immune Mixed Berry smoothies, a 40oz Activator Blue Strawberry smoothie, and a trail mix. She efficiently rang up the order and quickly prepared the smoothies, labeling each cup and offering me a drink carrier. She was kind, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. I was in and out of the store in just three and a half minutes, which was a pleasant surprise compared to the usual long wait times at other Smoothie King locations. My family has been visiting Smoothie King for 20 years, and Mi'Shayla provided us with the best and fastest experience we have ever had. She is truly exceptional and deserves recognition for her outstanding customer service. Thank you, Mi'Shayla, for your excellence in serving your customers!

I wasn't aware that Smoothie King closes for a mid-day break. Oh well... It appears that this is the only location that does that.

Very weird and unprofessional experience this morning. I submitted an online order that had not even been started yet. While I am waiting in the waiting area, a young man is sitting there who I assume is a child or relative of the employee working. He is watching a movie or videos on his phone that were blasting “ all across the store. Then I’m told they’re out of bananas and spinach? Isn’t that the base of the majority of your smoothies. As a small business owner myself, I find that unacceptable. Period you send somebody to the grocery store right down the road to buy some bananas and spinach to get you through until your delivery arrives. Won’t be back. I’ll stick to the location on west rosedale.

The last couple of times I’ve been here there’s a girl who’s always on the phone pinched between her face and shoulder while making drinks and her shirt is always filthy. Today I pulled up and she’s smoking a cigarette right in front of the store while on her phone. I didn’t even go in today. I’ll go find another smoothie before I get anything from her again.
