Rosa's Café Tortilla Factory

This is my favorite go to spot. Food is fresh and fast. We love to watch the tortilla maker. The staff is friendly and professional. The dinning area is always clean.

The burritos were terrible. The fajitas were dry. The meat had zero flavor, and we had to Season it at home. Burritos were more like soft tacos. They were not wrapped right. The enchiladas were tortillas dunked in canned salsa. Would never go back.Everything tasted canned. It was like fast food Tex mex. Out of the entire plate the plain flour tortillas tasted ok.

Waited in the drive in lane for 15 minutes (like not moving) two days ago. I figured it was a one off. Come back today another ridiculous stand still in line. Like literally standing still for 5 minutes. There was only three cars. I don?t know if there isnew management, but the service went way down hill (Update) Figured I?d give them another chance and ordered a migas platetoday. Apparently migas is now scrambled eggs with a few dry tortilla strips sprinkled on top.

I stopped by at this Rosa Cafe to get a steak burrito on my way too the airport. All they gave me was a few pieces of steak wrapped in a tortilla. These things are 5 bucks a pop and you call this a burrito. No bean, no cheese, no rice. Jst meat andtortilla.

Great food and speedy service. Accommodates big parties. Clean. Great drinks too!
