Potbelly Sandwich Shop - Fort Worth

I went to pick up food and had about six different orders. Unfortunately, they forgot one of our meals. I went back in to inform them, and they were very accommodating. They replaced the missing order without any issues and even gave me a couple of coupons as a gesture for the inconvenience! This was my first time eating there, and I was really impressed. The food was delicious, and the staff was friendly.

We have visited Potbelly many times, and it has always been hot, fresh, and delicious! The staff is consistently professional, polite, and friendly. The soups are exceptional; I love them all! It's a great place for families with kids or for a quick date night away from the little ones. We always have a wonderful experience dining here. They also give back to their communities; I've participated in fundraising projects with our Eaton BME Academy Booster Club, and it has been nothing short of fantastic.

The food was absolutely delicious! The service was quick and friendly.
