Palio's Pizza Cafe On Tap - Fort Worth

Order a gluten-free pizza and usually have zero problems. It was different this time. Both my husband and I got stomach from pizza. Looks like this place is going downhill. It won't come back.

They ordered without problems before, but this time was terrible. Order a large pizza and large cheese bread at 18:30 and just got our order 8:30. Try to see what the deal is and just let them ring the phone. I thought they had to be busy calling 15 minutes later, and they picked up the phone and put it back without talking. Customer service was not existent tonight and to complete everything that was ours? Cheese? Half the bread doesn't even have cheese. Come on!

Great place to have a nice dinner. I was here a few times to eat and go to orders. One thing I would recommend that they use different pizza slicers for pizza with meat and another for non-meat pizza. I found a piece of peperoni in my pizza and another one of the whole cake. It was disgusting. One reason I don't put meat in my pizza. Besides, you can't go wrong. Well cooked and normally the pizza tastes brilliant. And finally, the staff is always friendly.

This place was great, the atmosphere was very nice and cool. The food wasn't as great as I was hoping, but not bad. Great deals. Definitely recommend her Ceasar Salad

So a few weeks ago we ordered several pizzas and wings. They were great. Yesterday we ordered wings and spaghetti, again great. But I will shout out the spaghetti because the veggies were fresh and the flavor was great. I usually make my sauce/gravy from scratch so I wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly impressed.
