Olivella's Pizza And Wine - Fort Worth

We ordered takeout through Uber Eats. The Chicken Alfredo was good, and the meatballs were fantastic. However, the pizza was a disappointment. It had the texture of a chip—very crunchy with no flexibility at all. I understand that Margherita pizza doesn't have a lot of toppings, but there were several areas that were just bread with no other ingredients. The cheese was overly melted as well, if that makes sense. It didn't taste bad, but I wouldn't say it was worth the price. On the bright side, their meatballs were probably some of the best I've ever had, so that's definitely a plus!

You don't come to this restaurant just to eat; you come to be amazed! The ingredients are incredibly fresh and of the highest quality, the dough is both good and fresh, and the service is quite impressive. I was never a fan of pizza until I came here; I realized I had never experienced real pizza before. This place is unlike anything I've ever had—it's authentic and fresh, and it showed me that I actually love pizza! We tried several items, and everything was delicious, but the Margherita Regina, the Snow White pizza, and the Tomato Pesto bread appetizer were absolutely extraordinary.

We've finally discovered our go-to pizza spot! The thin, freshly made pizza was absolutely delicious! The lasagna was so good that my plate was completely clean. We've already returned twice since our first visit. It's fantastic!

I delayed going here for a month after hearing great news about Olivella’s Pizza and Wine. Came in with high expectations and they delivered! The pizza was better than expected. My friend and I shared The Dream Neapolitan style. It was a well balancedpizza, toppings wasn’t overwhelming, works well together, I could taste all of the flavors! The crust was crispy, light, andnot greasy at all. The atmosphere was authentic and relaxing. Simple and modest. Big storefront allowed plenty of naturallight. Friendly and inviting people behind the counter and kitchen. David was great, enjoyed his service andenthusiasm. Looking forward to return with friends.

So. Freaking. Amazing. Everything, from the starters to the pizza to the dessert was fantastic. We went with a half and half Black Truffle and Margarita pizza. Both were amazing. They had such wonderful depths of flavor. The sauce on the Margarita sidewas delectable. We will be returning!
