We had a great order, with all these special instructions and orders, and not one thing was wrong! It was also very fresh and hot. NIE, THAT happens at a fast food place: Thanks to the crew at Mickeys on Meadowbrook Drive and I-820 in Fort Worth, Texas. ROCK!
A man on foot tried to order food and the Hispanic older lady came into the window to yell at him! He asked no one for money or didn't bother anyone you are so unprofessional and disgusting. Management needs some training!!!
This is the second time when I order, and the car thru or restaurant is near for renovations. I order the app so when I'm there to get my order, the restaurant is nearby. It would be nice if it said something on the app. I just tied my time and now I have to work again without lunch. This is the last time I go to this restaurant. Not recommended.
Actually, rcvd thee best customer service on the other day from this location. I know... I was shocked. This place is known for bad service. I praised remembering the name of this girl for review and now it's up to me. Friend placed a mobile order and sent me to get it. Well, I didn't have the phone with me that was used to place the order and so these ignorantly complicated things. Upon arrival, I couldn't tell the app what place I parked to get the order out. I write my friend to tell the app what room, but it would not even go to the screen because the app goes on site, so it seems hmmm that you are not yet in the restaurant. Haha This girl went an order to another costumer. I tied them up and asked what to do. To get my order, she had to make several trips back and forth to my car and she made everything with a smile. I wanted to give her a tip, but she refused. It wasn't a problem. This is a rare posture in fast food these days mainly by such a young person. I don't think she's been clogged by the horrors of fast food jobs. After all that good. 3 days later pick up back to breakfast. Wouldn't you know I'm going home all the way to discover that the order was wrong? All right, I know the Ostchase mcds. Haha!
The only consistent thing about this location is how they always get orders wrong and leave things out. I am massively disappointed about this as this location is so conveniently located to my home. Never any kind of compensation for the mistakes made (which are frequent) I don't even get the impression that managers and leads care about anything going on, as I saw a manager wearing Crocs in an environment where nonslip shoes are required. Indicating that management doesn’t care about OSHA violations. -10/10 will actively deter people from using this location
