I took a sip of the hot chocolate since it was freezing outside this afternoon, with temperatures well below 32°F!

Excellent customer service! The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. I visit almost every day, and I always receive great treatment.

From what I have viewed and being in the drive through lines from it being very long and busy to it being slow and going fast to being able to go inside and order, Most of the people her complaining under these reviews are rude customers and have no patience. I have been coming her for the past 5 years, I have seen many employees leave and I have seen that many new ones come in, I have even spoken to the regulars employees who are almost there everyday saying how they are understaffed or don’t have enough bodies would love to open lobby up but are short handed and always get swarmed during rush time. I have seen many people get impatient, be extremely rude or snatch either there food or drinks from the window employee or better yet just cause a fuss over there own entitlement. These workers are hard workers, they wake up every morning to come and serve y’all just to simply get backhand reviews or give the half truths of the way y’all view it. So take it from someone who has good spot for this place the regular employees that work hard to serve y’all almost everyday!

Everything came out just as we ordered it. First window, pleasant. Second window, hostile. Would have been 5 stars otherwise. Guess maybe dude was having a bad day or whatever.
