Luby's - Fort Worth

It has definitely lost its spark. Very disappointing. While the side dishes are still good, the main course items just didn't hit the mark anymore.

The food is delicious, and the service from the wait staff is outstanding. However, the waiters tend to be less attentive when it comes to additional requests, like needing more drinks. Overall, the experience is very good.

I have been ordering from luby's for over a year. You get a lot of food to go and noticed lately they have been putting the servings in styrofoam cups for the kids meals. I am very dissatisfied with this as the portion is much smaller than before. If they are trying to cut costs wouldn't it make more sense just to put the food in the original container versus having to use extra containers to squash your vegetables in? When I get the sweet potatoes there is no nuts or marshmallows on it because they have squished it in a small container. I'm very dissatisfied with this change. Things go up and now I get more product than I do food. What a shame.

Always delicious food and superb service. Parking: Crazy layout for parking. Drive thru lines interfere with regular parking options creating tight maneuvers just to park or leave!!! There has to be another way to get a meal takeout drive thru more efficiently. Thanks in advance.

Large variety of great food. Servers are always friendly.
