In today's cookie-cutter franchise world, I have been fortunate enough to find two owner/operator establishments in my lifetime where you can taste the love, effort, and generations of cooking experience in every bite of food. This is one of the two. Believe you me, I traveled for 20 years domestically and internationally for a 100 Billion dollar company so the sky was the limit. Nothing comes close to my experiences at these two places.
