Jack In The Box - Fort Worth

We ordered two burger combos and two kids' meals. Once we got home, I noticed that one burger from the combo was missing. However, we did receive the drinks and fries. I called the restaurant to inform them, and the manager, Luis, told me to come back. He promised to refund my money and provide the combo for free. When we arrived, Luis fulfilled his promise. I'm very pleased with the customer service. Thank you!

The early morning crew is fast, everything is as good as expected, the manager will always know what I am for. I'll come by every morning. Food: 4/5

Nothing likes pulling on the speaker and hearing what you want. The employees always cut me off before I could order everything. Fries were cold and stale. You threw my tacos in the bag so that everything fell into the bag. Terrible service and cold food. AVOID for all COST

At this time we are closed. That's what I'm going through at 10:30. I ordered this online so why it went through 15 minutes before I came here. Wasted energy and gas!! Those who train these workers to say we are close, obviously morning employees are trained together with night staff to say this! I have already paid for my online order so now!!?
