Jack In The Box - Fort Worth

I love Jack in the Box, even though they put mustard on my sandwich, after I said no mustard. I'll live. I have better things to do in life. I don't complain about the little things ?

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The chicken strip tacos were greasy, and the owner seems indifferent about customer feedback. Whenever I raised an issue, I received a generic response asking me to email them, but no action was taken to resolve my concerns. They never offered to provide a replacement order or any real assistance. This is by far the worst Jack in the Box I’ve visited. It feels like the owner may own the place outright since there doesn’t seem to be any oversight from corporate either. It seems unlikely that anything will improve here unless the city steps in to check on their cooking and cleanliness standards. It's frustrating that the owner isn't doing anything to help with these disappointing experiences.

Today, my wife and I stopped by this particular location for a late lunch or early dinner. It seemed like JITB had anticipated my wife's cravings when they designed their menu, as they offer a variety of items not found anywhere else. I ordered the Ultimate Cheeseburger combo with curly fries, while my wife chose an egg roll and some sweet tea. Everything was served quickly and piping hot, and it all tasted fantastic. The staff was friendly and attentive as well. I can't help but wonder if our meal was so good because the local health inspector was present during our visit. Just a thought…

They never get the order right staff is rude I will never go to this location again. I mean how do you mess up a taco!!!!

Wanna know why your drive through is empty and Wendy's is full?Just drive though at lunchtime. There's something different. I can't put my finger on it. ?But I wouldn't send anyone to your location.
