Habaneros Fresh Mex Cantina

I had a wonderful experience this evening. Payton was an excellent server, guiding us on the popular dishes and helping us choose the right portion sizes so we didn't overorder. The beef nachos were delicious, and the cheese they use is fantastic. It was a lovely night, and their patio is great. We'll definitely return once this cold front passes.

I had a burrito with brisket instead of the regular meat, while my partner enjoyed three enchiladas, each made with a different kind of meat. We also ordered a margarita, and everything was delicious. Our waitress was fantastic and very attentive throughout our meal. The total for two complete meals and a drink before tip was $30, which is quite reasonable. It did get a bit crowded in the last 15 minutes of our meal, but overall, we had a great experience.

This restaurant is conveniently located near my home and offers delicious food at great prices, especially during happy hour from 2 to 6:30. However, my last two visits have been marred by extremely slow service. Tonight was particularly frustrating; although the staff appeared to be trying hard, waiting 20 minutes for chips and salsa and another 5 for water was ridiculous. We placed our food order 30 minutes in, and while it was good, the service continued to disappoint. At one point, I asked for a water refill midway through the meal, but the waiter never brought it. Ten minutes later, a manager came by and asked if we needed anything. I mentioned the water, yet it never arrived. It’s disheartening to be asked if you need assistance only for your request to be ignored. I think we may just stick to lunch visits in the future, as the crowd is more manageable then.

Delicious food. The ceviche tostadas great. Good size and flavor. My peach margarita awesome. I can actually taste the peach on it. Fajita tacos also great. Good size. Enough for me to feel satisfied. The only thing maybe 4 are the charros beans. Are justwith chorizo I think and little salty. We’re coming back to try the other flavored margaritas

We LOVE Amie the new GM. We used to go to Mexican Inn the Keller location 2-3 times a week. Not because of the food, mediocre, but because of Amie. If something was wrong she fixed it, be it poor service or food. When they just reopened wedecided not to back because she wasn’t going to be there.We have been to Habanero’s twice in one week. I never step outof my box food wise. I had the coconut shrimp tacos and they were fabulous just like she said. Rod was great at the bar andvery friendly. As long as Amie is there we will be regulars . Loved it!!!!
