My order came wrong and to top it off they gave me the smallest wings ever and I paid 6.99 for it
We placed a large order of pizzas for our church for an event that starts at 6:30 central time. People are supposed to be eating at 5:30 before the event starts. We called and explained that this was tax exempt and we’re told we would have to talk to somebody in the actual store about that and they transferred us to the store. We talk to somebody at the store, placed the order and paid for it with the credit card and the order never showed up. After calling and being disconnected 8 times we drove up to the store and they are claiming that nobody ever called the store. We are extremely disappointed in the service that we got and now there’s absolutely nothing anybody can do and nobody gets to eat before our event starts. We rely on delivery services like these to provide the food at specific times. When we are told that the food will be there we expect it to be there. I don’t know if the store is just lying about nobody talking to them or if they don’t know what they’re doing it all, but they really messed up and refused to accept responsibility.
We ordered a medium pizza with two toppings and 3 pastas. For starters one of our pastas wasn’t made correctly and the worst of all was when I was eating my pizza i found i piece of hair imbedded to the beef that I was eating, I physically took out the piece and showed to my wife. We called the store and they were rude to us , even cussed us out and did not believe us. They weren’t even trying to help us at all. Worst experience ever with dominos, I really hope they train their staff with customer service. I really want someone to fire that employee or even discipline him.
